About this property

    This is a unique Oceanfront villa with a beautiful one acre garden, private beach and infinity pool, located near La Marina and Playa Minitas.

    Designed by the famous dominican architect Apolinar Fernández De  Castro and with a colorful decoration, this is the perfect place for a vacation of relaxation and luxury with privacy.

    Over the incredible ocean from the garden, there are two gazebos, one open next to the pool with sofas, armchairs and a dining table for ten, and the second, which can be closed, can be used as an office, in case you need to work in remote, or TV room with air conditioning and ceiling fan.

    But my favorite place is the deck over the beach, the perfect place to enjoy the sunsets that invite confidences and toast.

    There is a large living room with three sofas and a dinning area for ten, a covered terrace with sofas, lounge chairs, table for five and a swing bench.

    The villa has five bedrooms and 5 ½ bathrooms: Three downstairs with two queen size beds each and direct access to deck and garden. Two bedrooms upstairs with beautiful ocean views: a large master bedroom with a king size bed and a spacious guest room also with a king size bed. All are air-conditioned and have TV, dryer, safe, ceiling fan and en suite bathrooms.

    The villa is rented with a staff of four: house manager, waiter/gardener, maid and cook. At least one of the staff members will sleep in the house. Fresh linens and towels. Daily housekeeping’

Teeth of the Dog, and the Links golf courses are near the Hotel and under five minutes by cart or car. Altos de Chavon and the Dye Fore golf course are, likewise, about five minutes from the villa.
